Overview

This will be the last NSW seminar for 2014.

Gray v Richards (HCA) - Recovering Fees for Funds Management
Come along to hear from Andrew Morrison RFD SC, Kate Henderson, and Corey Plover about this important recent High Court decision. This impacts all plaintiff lawyers who act for clients without financial capacity to manage their compensation payment.

Hear from the plaintiff lawyers and actuary involved in the case. Understand what this means for you and your clients including choice of trustee, fee calculations and drafting your claim.

This will be followed by the Annual Case Review.

This will be a great opportunity to network with colleagues before Christmas with a great view of Sydney Harbour.

The seminar attracts up to 3 CPD points.
