Maria Demosthenous, Anthony Mason Chambers will be presenting a paper by Kirsty Stewart, Barrister, Howard Zelling Chambers on Compensability under the Return to Work Act 2014.This seminar will address strengthening of the threshold for compensation for both physical and psychiatric injuries in comparison to the tests under the previous Acts.
