Hear about the changes to workers compensation claims brought about by the Workers Compensation Amendment Bill 2015 and recently decided cases including Cram Fluid Power Pty Ltd v Green.

Learn about your legal obligation in CTP cases to disclose a breakdown of claimants' legal costs and disbursements to the MAA through the new claims portal for all claims payments receive after
October 1 2015.
