Overview

After recent changes, there are now three legislative regimes to consider in a claim for an injury occurring over a period of time. As the number of regimes has increased, so too has the likelihood of making a mistake when litigating an OPT claim.

This event is your one stop shop. It will equip you with the knowledge to confidently handle any OPT claim. You will hear a presentation on Personal Injury limitation periods. Experts will discuss scenarios spanning all three regimes.
