Travel Law Special Interest Group

 

Members of the ALA Travel Law Special Interest Group represent the ALA on issues relating to travel law, including aviation and international torts.

This Special Interest Group’s purpose is to:

  • Promoting continuing education of travel law issues to members of the ALA through ALA CLE events and writing articles in ALA publications;
  • Developing, promoting and responding to policies affecting individuals’ rights to travel and use drones, and the rights of individuals injured during air travel, on cruises and overseas generally; and
  • Providing a forum for SIG members to interact and share information on travel law issues.
