Recommendations arising from Stakeholder Reference Group meetings 1, 2 and 3

The ALA has made a submission to the Office of Industrial Relations (OIR) regarding the recommendations and outcomes arising from recent Stakeholder Reference Group meetings.
ALA members attended Stakeholder Reference Group meetings on Thursday, 9 November 2023, Friday, 17 November 2023 and Monday, 20 November 2023.
In this submission, the ALA responds to the recommendations and outcomes arising on a range of topics, including: decision-making timeframes; rehabilitation and return to work; co-ordination between workers’ compensation and workplace health and safety systems; and legislating in the area of gig economy workers.
