The ALA has now been authorised to publish a submission we made in August to the Attorney-General's Department regarding the proposed Administrative Review Tribunal Rules 2024.
The ALA’s submission addresses matters concerning public education in the lead-up to and after the commencement of the Administrative Review Tribunal on Monday 14 October 2024, as well as application timeframes and fees.
ALA submission
