Overview

The ALA presents an afternoon of practice-relevant and enlightening CPD for Hobart personal injury lawyers who act for plaintiffs in workers compensation matters, plus a wine tasting to round out the day.

First we’ll hear two medico-legal presentations, with psychiatrist Dr Hannah Lake discussing the clinical reality of diagnostic work and orthopaedic surgeon A/Prof Matt Wilkinson presenting on common musculoskletal pathologies along with his WorkCover observations.

Next barrister and past ALA National President Brian Hilliard will bring you up to date with his session on recent developments in workers compensation in Tasmania.

To cap things off, we’ll have a networking function with wine tasting where you can further engage with our speakers and catch up with other lawyers working in the same area of law.
