This webinar will explore how engineering and ergonomic expert opinions can assist liability claims in motor vehicle accidents. It will be presented by three experienced engineers: Robert Anderson, Mark Dohrmann and Roger Lewis.
Robert Anderson, Director at Anderson Hall, will introduce some of the main engineering concepts and approaches used to assess physical evidence, and advise on negligence and liability.
Mark Dohrmann and Roger Lewis from Dohrmann Consulting will then present noteworthy case studies which feature the use of human factors analysis in expert opinions to determine the circumstances, causes and liability.
