Greg Spinda
Senior Associate, Maurice Blackburn Lawyers

Greg Spinda is an experienced personal injury compensation Senior Associate in Maurice Blackburn’s Brisbane office. He helps people throughout the greater Brisbane area with compensation claims and associated legal advice related to workers’ compensation, road accident compensation and public liability claims.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business Management from the Queensland University of Technology, Greg gained experience in a small Queensland firm before joining Maurice Blackburn in December 2017.

Gerard Mullins
Darrow Chambers

Gerard Mullins is a barrister from Queensland. He was admitted to practice in 1988 and has practised at the private bar since that time.

He has a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and a Master of Laws from the University of Queensland. He lectured and tutored in tort law in the Bachelor of Law course at QUT between 1991 and 1998 and also lectured in the Masters program at QUT.

He has served as a part-time member of the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Tribunal and was Chair of the Australian Consumer Law Committee of the Law Council of Australia between 2009 and 2011.
