Gold Coast : Workers' compensation: Recent changes & current trends breakfast seminar

Overview

The ALA’s upcoming seminar in Brisbane, Workers' compensation: Recent changes & current trends, will be live-streamed to the Gold Coast.

Over a light breakfast, you’ll watch the presentation live, as it’s being delivered in Brisbane, while enjoying the company of local Gold Coast practitioners. Arrangements will be made to allow you to ask questions to the speakers.

This seminar will begin with a workers’ compensation update from Peter Gibson, General Manager at Shine Lawyers (Queensland). John Kinnane, Senior Lawyer at WorkCover Queensland, will then provide WorkCover’s perspective on recent changes and trends. Dr Cameron Cooke and Dr Angus Nicoll, Orthopaedic Surgeons at Adept IME, will conclude the seminar with their medical opinion on injuries caused over a period of time.
