ALA Queensland is excited to welcome you to Medical School, the ALA’s first medico-legal seminar in Queensland.
Three experienced medico-legal professionals — Dr Steve Buckley, Dr David Morgan OAM and barrister, Chris George — will speak about issues that arise in compensation cases involving serious injuries.
They will focus particularly on claimants who have:
• suffered multiple dominant injuries in the same or consequent events;
• complex pre-existing conditions or injuries; and/or
• significant health issues that have arisen post the compensable injury.
