Stewart Forbes was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Western Australia on 6 April 1999 and has been practising since. He was the sole director and shareholder of the incorporated legal practice WA Costs Consultants Pty Ltd from 1 December 2004 to 30 June 2018. He regularly prepares bills of costs, notices of objection and other documents necessary for the taxation of bills of costs in both State and Federal jurisdictions in relation to party/party, solicitor/client and indemnity costs. He further regularly provides advice in relation to compliance with statutory and other requirements in relation to billing, costs disclosure and costs agreements.
