Special Interest Groups

The ALA's Special Interest Groups (SIGs) meet to discuss issues relevant to their specific areas of interest, and to help inform the ALA’s policy platforms. New participants are always welcome, and we invite any interested members to get involved.

The roles and responsibilities will vary based on the specific needs of the group, but will include leadership positions, responsibilities for communicating activities with ALA members, potential for CLE content, public spokespersons, general members and more.

If you're interested, please click on the relevant SIG/s below to send an email to express your interest in that specific group.

If you have any general questions about SIGs or their operation and function, please email enquiries@lawyersalliance.com.au

This is a great opportunity to take a leadership role on the national agenda for the critical areas of practice for our membership, and for the people we represent.
