Overview

In this webinar leading medical lawyer, Bill Madden, Senior Counsel at Carrol O’Dea Lawyers will discuss wrongful birth duties, causation and damages. He will address recent wrongful birth trial and appellate decisions in Australia and in the UK, including the Nouri decision (ACT) and the recent ABC decision (UK). Mr Madden will explain that there are a number of unanswered questions for such cases which provide challenges for the pursuit and defence of these claims.
