Overview

The sudden halt to cruising due to COVID-19 has had global consequences.

Join us for a panel discussion featuring Victoria Roy, Sydney-based consultant lawyer specialising in travel and cruise law, and Michael Winkleman, Miami-based maritime and cruise lawyer from Lipcon, Margulies, Alsina & Winkleman, P.A., who will examine and compare legal issues affecting cruise passengers in Australia and USA during the COVID-19 pandemic.
