We’d like to hear from our Tasmanian members: about your needs for the 2018 CLE calendar and how we can work together to extend and assert our local presence.
In addition to our ongoing submissions relating to limitation periods on historical child sexual abuse, we will continue to advocate against the expansion of police powers, sentencing laws that allow detention without charge and search without warrant.
