Overview
In partnership with Legal Funding Australia and Vincents, the ALA is hosting an open panel discussion for plaintiff lawyers on the recently introduced Uniform Civil Rules and how to use them to your advantage.
The seminar will begin with a presentation from our panellists on the new Uniform Civil Rules and recent procedural decisions. Following this will be an open discussion on matters of concern for the audience, and plaintiff lawyers generally.
