Karyn Lemon

General Manager

Karyn brings some 20 years of experience in public relations and communication to the role of General Manager of the ALA. Prior to becoming General Manager, Karyn served as the ALA’s Media Manager for 4 years, duties which she maintains in her current role.

Karyn has previously worked for public relations agencies, managing communication programs for a range of high profile consumer brands, not for profit organisations and government agencies. Her experience includes issues and crisis management, communication strategy development and implementation, media relations and media training. Karyn has also worked as a lecturer and tutor in the BA Public Communication degree at UTS.
