Tess Kerbell

Publications Officer

Tess joined the ALA in 2021. She helps with the editing and production of all publications, including Precedent, Opinion, Case notes and ALAn. Tess is a writer, editor and photographer specialising in creative non-fiction, with bachelor and master’s degrees from UNSW. She is the author of Packed Lost Found: Personal Stories of the November 2019 Bushfires in the MidCoast Region. Her photographs have been exhibited and published in the Journal of Australian Ceramics and by the ABC. She has taught at TAFE and led two placemaking committees. She was an editor at Standards Australia for 9 years.
