Overview
Success in personal injury litigation requires specialised knowledge of both the law and medicine. Practitioners need to understand not only the compensable injury itself, but also what is required to meet those injury-related needs and how past and future health conditions may interact.
This Medical School Webcast show cases experienced medical professionals and barristers will discuss the intersection of law and medicine, and provide expert advice relevant to medical litigation cases.
