Overview

The ALA are proud to host a panel discussion on cultural diversity and inclusion in personal injury law. The panel features Judge Arushan Pillay, Maria Pilipasidis SC, Viola Katotas (nee Nadj) (Barrister and Mediator), Yi-Chuan Chen (Barrister), Zahida Popal (Lawyer) and Jayr Teng (Barrister). The panel discussion hopes to bring light to issues experienced by practitioners from ethnically diverse backgrounds and offer practical solutions to tackling difficult situations.
