Personal injury claims apply differently to children. This webcast will outline how representing a child Plaintiff is different from an ordinary PI claim - from the different entitlements they can access (such as minors benefits from the TAC), to the altered limitations periods, to practical considerations like selecting appropriate litigation guardians and when court approvals are required for settlements.
